Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests simply open their phone's camera, scan the QR code, and are taken directly to the upload page in their browser. Nothing to install.
When does my access period start?
Your clock starts on your event date, not the day you buy. You can purchase weeks or months in advance without losing any time.
Can I change my event date after purchasing?
Yes. You can update your event date up to 2 times before the event day arrives. Once your event date has passed, the date is locked permanently.
Can I see my gallery before the event?
Yes. You can upload a set number of photos before your event to preview how your gallery looks and make sure everything is perfect before the big day. Basic includes 20, Standard includes 50, and Premium includes 75 preview photos.
Can guests upload videos too?
Yes. Video uploads are available on the Standard and Premium plans. Guests can upload short clips directly from their phone.
What is projector mode?
Projector mode is a full-screen live slideshow you can cast to any TV or display. It automatically cycles through new uploads as guests share them, perfect for receptions.
Can I use this for events other than weddings?
